06 Planning - Website

To plan my website, I started off by making mock up sketches, this allowed me to figure out the layout of my website. I then went on to make a real mockup website before going on to create my finalised one.

05 Planning - Production

To plan my music video, I decided to make storyboards and moodboards. I will use my storyboard when filming my music video as a rough direction as what shots to do. Although I didn’t storyboard the entire music video, I will be repeating locations, such as the beach, a studio and a bedroom, and didn’t feel it was necessary to make a storyboar for the entire video. As well as this, I have made various moodboards of what vibe I want my music video to resemble, this has given me more inspiration and I will be going into the filming of my music video confident that I have done all of the planning.

04 Research - Website

In order to ensure that my website both looks proffesional and includes all of the elements that meet my brief, I have carried out research on some of my favourite websites, and am going to take inspiration from them to make my website look well-done.here is a sideshow that I have made on the codes and conventions of websites.

03 Research - Production

I am going to I am going to use the weather to reflect the moods of the artist, and black and white filers for flashbacks, allowing the narrative to be communicated clearly. My chosen song, ‘Kiss From A Rose’ by SEAL, fits the ballad genre and is extremely passionate. The intention of my music video is to promote my artist to be fahionable and relatable, therefore creating a positive representation. To be able to show branding across the two elements of cross media production I will include a link at the end of the music video to my website, making it coherant and easily accessible.
